Assurance is evidence-backed operation. It is the operating evidence layer for certification, compliance and audit conversations.

Where included in the service scope, nominated client administrators, approvers or management users can access a client dashboard for client-safe service visibility. The dashboard entry route is available at /client-dashboard/ and client-specific data access is issued only through the agreed onboarding and authority process.

The dashboard is intended to show users, access reviews, contractor expiry, support status, backup/restore evidence summaries, service notices, incident summaries and scheduled reports without exposing internal DeskBridge operations or secrets.

During onboarding, the client can confirm monthly, quarterly, incident-triggered, access-review and audit-evidence-pack reporting requirements. Where dashboard controls are included, nominated client administrators or management users can see which report schedules are active and review client-safe incident status.
