Essential storage

Essential storage may support site preferences, forms, portal sessions and service security. It is limited to what is needed for the requested function.

Optional measurement

Optional measurement is disabled until the visitor chooses to allow it. A refusal leaves essential public-site features available. The consent choice is stored locally as a simple preference and does not contain a name, password, message, document content or private application data.

Future measurement boundary

If approved measurement is activated, DeskBridge will use only documented events and properties, separate anonymous aggregates from explicitly identified leads, apply retention and access rules, and provide an appropriate refusal route. No behavioural replay, credential collection or unauthorised cross-service tracking is permitted.
