What is included
Core Workspace starts from £49 per user/month with Sovereign Essentials. Managed Business Workspace starts from £79 per user/month with the broader Sovereign Business suite. DeskBridge Assurance starts from £119 per user/month with Sovereign Control, advanced reporting and evidence-led administration.
Prices are guidance, exclude VAT and are confirmed against users, applications, data handling, support hours and integration scope.
Setup and scope
Typical setup fees are £500–£1,500 for Core Workspace and £1,000–£3,500 for Managed Business Workspace, with discovery-led design.
Approved add-ons include Cyber Essentials Managed Controls, typically £250–£750 per client/month; AI Governance Workspace, typically £250–£1,500 per client/month; and Customer-Controlled Keys from £350/month or quoted. Contractor access, managed mail, Microsoft 365 governance, bespoke integrations and regional deployment are scoped to the service requirement.
Data access assurance options
Key custody affects the recovery, support and operating model. DeskBridge Managed Keys are the normal baseline. Customer-Controlled Keys provide stronger customer approval over data access. Customer-Held / Zero-Knowledge Keys are a quoted design tier for clients accepting the corresponding recovery and feature boundaries.
