Prices shown are the lowest published unit guidance at 250 Workspace users, exclude VAT and are subject to agreed service scope. The estimator shows the applicable price across the user ladder. Roles and client policy control an individual user’s assigned applications.
Approved starting structure
Core Workspace is the managed operating foundation. It is up to £49 per user/month at the 10-user minimum and reduces through the incremental volume model as the committed team grows. Sovereign applications are optional assigned-user add-ons; a department buys only the applications its roles need.
