Public website measurement

Optional website measurement is not active until the visitor gives explicit consent. Refusing optional measurement does not prevent access to essential public pages. When approved measurement is introduced, it will use an allow-listed event catalogue, bounded retention, access controls and audited administration. DeskBridge will not use this public website route to collect credentials, form free text, application data or authenticated-service activity.
