  • Distribution groups and catch-all routing only with tenant approval
  • Message Trace for missing or disputed mail with managed mail evidence
  • Mail archive monitoring is opt-out where the service is scoped
  • Legal Hold or Litigation Hold uses authorised scope and archive/journal evidence
