Nominated client administrators and management users can receive controlled dashboard visibility where this is included in the DeskBridge service scope.

Dashboard scope

The client dashboard is a controlled access route for nominated client administrators, approvers or management users where dashboard access is included in the service scope.

  • Role-based access for named client-authorised users.
  • Client-safe service visibility without internal DeskBridge secrets.
  • Support, access review, contractor expiry and evidence summary views where included.
  • Dashboard actions create support, access or change records.

Access boundary

Dashboard access is issued only through the agreed onboarding and authority process. It does not expose passwords, recovery codes, tokens, private IPs, raw logs, firewall rules, supplier account detail, internal hostnames or another tenant's data.
