DeskBridge is a managed workspace. Your device opens the route in; the work happens inside the controlled workspace your organisation has been given.
- Use the DeskBridge access route provided by your organisation
- Sign in with your workspace account
- Complete two-factor authentication where required
- Work inside the managed workspace where your files, applications and records belong
- Use the helpdesk or support route when access, password, authenticator or connection issues occur

Important boundary
