Using DeskBridge

DeskBridge is a managed workspace. Your device opens the route in; the work happens inside the controlled workspace your organisation has been given.

  • Use the DeskBridge access route provided by your organisation
  • Sign in with your workspace account
  • Complete two-factor authentication where required
  • Work inside the managed workspace where your files, applications and records belong
  • Use the helpdesk or support route when access, password, authenticator or connection issues occur

Important boundary
